
Dayo Ashonibare is a senior associate at Liberty Semper Fidelis LP, and also a lecturer at Baze University.
He has garnered a myriad of experience in teaching areas such as alternative dispute resolution information and communication Law, technology law, clinical and moot court practice and mentoring law students at the university.
Dayo leads the firm in litigation on extensive range of issues such as Commercial and Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Arbitration, Labour Law, Property Law, Probate, Matrimonial and Election Petitions. He also advises clients on commercial and corporate transaction which include assets tracing and debt recoveries, formation and acquisition of companies, contracts, project financing, oil and gas, regulatory compensation, licensing, and permits.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), National Association of Law Teachers (NALT), Global Alliance for Justice, Network of University on Legal Aid Institution, and the Association of Young Arbitrators.
