LIBERTY SEMPER FIDELIS LP was initially registered  under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990 as LIBERTY SOLICITORS, but later registered as a limited partnership Company in 2022 to carry on business as Legal Practitioners, Corporate and Property Consultants, Arbitrators and Business/Tax Advisory.

Our offices are located at 6, Oduduwa Way, Ikeja, GRA, Lagos and CharterHouse, Stephen AKA Ndukwe Street, by Victoria Garden Estate, Off Ahmadu Bello Way, Mabushi, FCT – Abuja.  The firm also has correspondence offices in Ibadan, Port Harcourt and United Kingdom. The firm is presently composed of the Principal Partners and other associates.
